The Mauna Lani Point Condominiums are located on the Kohala Coast. This property has units that are all very large and luxuriously furnished. The 1 bedroom units will sleep 4 guests and the 2 bedroom units will sleep 6 guests. The units have a full kitchen equipped with a microwave oven and a dishwasher. All units have air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, roman bathtubs in the master bathroom, washer/dryer, hair dryer and an iron/ironing board. The property is located on a PGA golf course and also has tennis courts with a stadium. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, full-service spa and a beach club with equipment (fee) for the enjoyment of guests. The property is in a security-gated complex. A complimentary shuttle will take guests to the beach and around the Mauna Lani resort area. The property will be doing a pool pavilion area enhancement project beginning on March 17, 2010 with a scheduled completion date of July 30, 2010. The project will include expanding the existing pavilion area and remodeling of the outdoor kitchen area. The men's & women's bathrooms will also be renovated. During the enhancement project, guests will have full access to the swimming pool, whirlpool spa and barbecues. The management and staff will do everything possible to minimize any guest inconvenience.
